We spend nearly 5, 000 on our king size dormia mattress two years ago, being told that it would hold up much longer than an innerspring. Just months after purchase, we noticed serious sags on both sides of the mattress. The sags are so bad, that there seems to be a mountain hill between us now. You can even see the sags when the bed is completely made. I called Dormia customer service and they told me to go back to the retailer, who incidentally is no longer in business.
