Months ago I ordered a trial size Smile Brite product. Dentist told me not to try it because my teeth are very sensitive. I called customer service, returned product, refunded most of my money and now being charged for an additional product that supposedly came with the trial. What ever that product was, I did not receive. I called today and asked for cancellation again and asked for a refund which they refused. This company is sooooo dishonest.
