WellI moved and wanted my service transfered. my basic phone line and internet. I called on January 16, 2011 and the rep said oh I can get u a discount and faster internet at a lower cost. Everything will be connected on Feb7 well 3 calls later and another promised date failed again on 2/24/2011 now they are telling me I need to add service pkg to get a technician to come check the line or it's $55 per 15 minutes...i think I am divorcing AT&T tomorrow morning...enough is enough read full review »
