Medco has no customer support whatsoever. If your insurance company switches you to Medco - make a complaint. This company officers no support whatsoever. We has seen numerous errors where Medco refused to pay, even when the policy booklet says they should. We spent 2 hours talking to customer service, our companies Human Resources even tried to get involved and the issue was NEVER resolved!! We just ended up paying the $900.00 worth of prescriptions.
