On October 24th I ordered a free sample for 3.95 and notated that my account would be charged on the 15th of every month of $89.31. Imagine my surprise when on November 11th my account was charged and still no free samples. I called and was told that they were backed up and my free samples went out that morning and I would have a refund processed back to my account.
