My luggage did not arrive when I left Ft. Lauderdale Airport to Ronald Reagan Nat'l Airport at 9:30 a.m. The customer service was very bad and no one seemed like they were interested in helping me to locate my luggage. I was told to wait on the next flight (4:30 p.m.) to see if my luggage would be on the next flight. Still no luggage and I was asked again to come back to the airport and check out the next incoming flight (10:30 p.m.) to see if my luggage was on board.
