We ordered screens and they told us that they could be out on 24 hours notice to install them once they were ready. We wanted to get our windows washed and then coordinate the installations of the screens. When we called them to try to work on a time for them to come after the window washer they got very angry and said they were not going to work around our schedule, that they would only install them when they "were in the area".
