These are literally the most imcompetent people I have ever dealt with in my entire life. They made a good first impression when I called them out for a second opinion on my a/c but then it was steadily downhill from there. Every time they gave me a window of time that they would arrive, they were late and I would have to call them. They told me to give them 24 hrs notice to schedule my new a/c installation and they would have everything ready.
