This medical practice is extremely unhelpful. The problem lies with the front office manager. I called 3 days prior to needing a prescription filled at 9AM, and they told me they would call me when it was ready (okay, normal enough).I've had problems with this place before where my mother has to call the prescription in for me because they won't do anything for me (I'm 21 yet can't call my own prescription in...seriously).
