I purchased a Navigon GPS last year, and it worked great, until my car seat track caught the car charger for the unit and sliced it in half. I tried looking online for a replacement with no luck. Anything not made by the company would charge the unit, but the unit would not work while it was charging, making the whole point of having the GPS moot. (Let's face it, no one needs a GPS to find their local sites, they need it for long trips, which means the unit must have power).
