I had them replace a garage door opener. They were aware of some issues with model that I initially had in mind (LED lights interfering with Wi-Fi), so they recommended a newer model. The garage door opener was installed without a hitch. They also fixed a very squeaky door, including fixing some parts that I could have never identified on my own. It was such a pleasure working with Garage Doors and Gates. Karlo Doors and Gates, their technician, arrived within the scheduled service window and was genuinely courteous and professional. He was able to identify and fix the issues I was having with my garage door and keypad. Also was able to do some on the spot maintenance for a great value. Friendly guy, worked very quickly, and obviously knew what he was doing.  Can't comment too much on price, since he was so quick I did not have time for anyone else to even call back with an estimate.  But given springs run a little over one-hundred per pair, and the total was two-twenty for the same-day repair and housecall, I'd say that it was excellent. read full review »
