This company is a total fraud. We took out a 5-yr protection plan, a cost of $1, 649.50, with a promise to receive a $250 gift card within 60 to 90 days. They kept stating that the gift card would be coming shortly. We attempted to speak to a representative and was disconnected once and the second time was told that there was not a supervisor on call. Again, we called and asked to speack to a supervisor and of course no one called us back.
