I purchased a pair of so-called Ugg boots from this company. They arrived in a plastic bag. My daughter has now had them for a total of 9 days, and they are already coming apart. I emailed the company to demand a refund- so far, no response. What a joke- this company is bogus and these were NOT true Ugg boots. They were made in China and again, extremely poor quality.
