I join the hundreds of people that have had no luck with Saxon. Since October 2008, I was told that I was excepted in a loan modification program. They have lost my papers twice, and then even said they put me on a payment plan, not a loan modification program. They have not responded to any of my calls. I have been assigned to a specialist and she has never returned any of my calls. They recently sent me foreclousure papers and I am to lose my homeFeb 3, 2009.I have 5 children and a grandchild (1) living in our home. We will be on the streets. Can anyone help.
