Keep in mind that when you place an order for this product they ask for you credit card number first then they want all of your other information, and never give you a chance to talk to any actual person. I wanted to place an order with Smooth Away for $14.99 pads with $6.99 s & h. I did not want the additional second set of pads for the additional $6.99. I was not able to decline the second set.
