On Dec. 28, 2008, I ordered two C-V axle assemblies for my son's Avalon from PartsTrain.com. On Dec. 5th, I received only ONE assembly (yet was billed for TWO.) I have since phoned customer support (I have even kept records with whom I spoke...) no less than six times--- to no avail...yet they do admit it was a warehouse error! I was promised each time I called that my credit card would be refunded for the cost of one C-V axle assembly.
