Dear Efficient Customer Care Team, It’s almost 30 days over but I have not received my new Gold Debit card PIN of Axis bank. I lost my card and received new card at my residence address but yet PIN has not come. Your debit card helplines are not reachable (nobody picks up the call at 022 67979240/57 even 67987700 line is giving disturbance). I already gave request to resend the same if not delivered. but customer care dept formally giving standard reply that it has been delivered already on 11th july 09.
