I purchased a whirlpool refrigerator or July 4, 2008. The ice maker did not work properly. I called customer service at whirlpool and the sent me to A&E factory service. This company is completely inept. I have not waited home 6 different days from 8 am to 5 pm, and they have still now been about to fix the problem. Between wrong parts, no show appointments, and basic lack of knowledge and communication, this simple problems is STILL not fixed.
