I took my pc in because it was "crashed" Fry's computers held on to my computer for a week before I called to check the status of my SRO. I was called back and told that my pc harddrive failed and that I should just buy a new pc. Right after that I noticed my bank account had some fraudulent activity. I did get my pc back from Frys and had a friend who works on computers check the hard drive again to see if my photos could be backed up to find out the hard drive was completely blank.
