Product ordered was not the same color as pictured on website -- and I dont mean a shade off, I mean it was pictured as dark brown and the item received was off-white. Here's where the real trouble began: it took over a month and 10 phone calls plus getting my credit card involved for them to authorize the return; then another 2 weeks of phone calls to get the refund for the return! I have a friend who loves this company; but she has never had a return! Personally, I would never order from them again. read full review »
