Home Depot management encourages the sale of it's AC 12 (American Craftsman) window despite the fact that project managers DIScourage it's sale because of it's poor quality leading to frequent complaints. The same is true of it's fibre glass entry doors. As a former salesperson for the company I would run leads which had no chance of being sold because of a prior bad experience with an installation.
