After ordering the Acai boost product and not receiving it, I called to find out why. I was given a shipping number and told that I was charged because I exceeded my 15 day trial period. Even though there never was a trail! I checked out the tracking number through UPS and it was invalid. I spent another hour waiting on the phone to talk to someone else who didn't speak English and then was told a ticket was being sent to shipping.
