When I first called BlueHippo in response to a newspaper ad, I was told things that turned out not to be true, For starters, the computer described to me over the phone is not the same that appears on an order information form sent to me. Also, I was told that I would be sent a $250 gas card, a free digital camera and color printer. $99 was immediately taken off of my bank card after which some documents were going to be sent to me which never happened until I called and complained.
