I have waited on my refund of fees for about 6 months now. I have written 13 times on their website for the same. They will reply me on their website after a month or so and tell that it will refunded soon. I also emailed many times to laxmi who is reply on this site for complains and asking to contact him for any issues with ibsn but so far he hadn't reply any of my emails. After many tries I have contacted their representative at last and he mentioned that I will get my refund by 24 th July for sure. And till date no refund.. read full review »
