I have been battling with FIA Card Service for an internal error one of their employees made...specifically, he applied my $200 telephone check payment to the wrong account; and since then it's been a nightmare!! I've spoken to about 6 FIA employees, including two supervisors/managers - and these people continue to harrass me at home, work; via telephone and email!
