Worst experience I have had with a company in years! Website claims 2.5 hrs and up to 3 days to port number from another carrier. 7 full days later, without any cell service, and Virgin mobile still will only say that it is "pending". Thanks to their crappy service, the number I have had for 15 years is now lost. Hours and hours of frustration for me in trying to make this work out.
