Have brought my Escalade ESV in there for both routine service as well as body shop work several times and each time, I receive my car back, they either missed something, broke something else causing me to have to go back over and over and over and over for the same issues. Everyone there is friendly but it is all BS, becuase at the end of the day, they do not live up to their word and no one bothers to check to see that the work is completed satisfactorilly. DO NOT USE THIS DEALER unless you want to see them on a weekly basis and pay lots of money for nothing. read full review »
