I had a Circuit City card to take advantage of their no interest promotion. We bought several items, and I was ready to pay the bill when it arrived. Guess what? It never arrived, and weeks later I get a late notice. I spoke with their customer service and explained to her that I never received the first notice and she says that happens a lot, and she removed the late charge. So far so good.
