They advertise for a free trial. They charged my account $139.00 even after I canceled my free trial offer via telephone 2 days later. Website only says they will charge you $4.95 for shipping and handling. They are rude and refuse to refund my money. This is a scam and this company needs to be investigated. There are numerous complaints on line about XM labs. I am sorry I did not research them earlier. read full review »
