I ordered some sandals on 5/28..got a notice they had shipped on 5/29...never received them...called them...three separate tiimes...on hold for 3-8 minutes each time...they didn't put the apt. number on the box, ergo...the box was returned. I called, I email with the Apt. #, but they never sent the sandals. I got through, after a 7 minute wait, this morning and they claimed they had issued a refund...not so!!! They now say they will issue a credit...DON'T SHOP HERE...they are rip offs. read full review »
