The last straw. I scheduled service with Leslie's pool to replace the pool pump 3 times in as many years. The tech arrived as agreed but immediately said that he needs parts and would try to return that day or would return first thing the next morning. I waited at my home until 2:30pm before calling the dispatcher who said there were scheduling problems and he it would be closer to the end of the day. The next appointment would be in 4 days.
