Travel with Qantas on 29 May - 9 Jul 09. Have written a complaint thru Qantas website but since no answer. Your staff are incapable to give the correct info, resulted us arriving without our luggage since qantas staff didn't do their job and same thing with coming back which they fail to put our luggages in the flight so we had to go home again with no luggages. It is disgusting and I am ashame of being a member of Qantas frequent flyers.
