I wanted to get my children an Elmo DVD that we had been borrowing from the library for going on a month. I found it the cheapest on Amazon.com. I was redirected to Hot Movie Sales' website and went through all the steps of ordering. I did not get a confirmation email or any notification that my sale had even gone through. I called the company 3 days later and talked to a very RUDE representative, who told me that my sale had indeed gone through, and was in the process of being shipped.
