I ordered a gold neckless, from heavenlytreasures.com and spoke to customer service. I was told delivery would be in 5-7 days. HOWEVER, 4 days later the item had not shipped. when I again contacted customer service, they said it would arrive on friday (7 days after ordering), and shipping would be 4-7 days (ups). I felt deceived and cheated. They never said they don't have anything in stock, and they are just a middle man. I can not recommend heavenly treasures. read full review »
