I booked Hilton LAX parking based on recommendations from http://www.airport-la.com. I chose covered self-parking and pre-paid the required amount via credit card. They state 'FREE airport shuttle 24/7'. When I arrived I was told to go to the garage and park on level 4 or 5. After passing rows upon rows of empty spots in valet parking on levels 1 - 3, I spent 20 minutes driving around levels 4, 5 and 6 trying to find one spot. Nothing.
