The product is actually fine. However, the distribution channel for purchasing replacement items (in Canada - a company by the name of Accent Home Products in Quebec), is not responsive whatsoever. First, they don't take any form of payment except cheques which you have to mail in advance of them shipping your parts. Yes, you read that correctly.
