On 7 Feb 2007 at 16:38, I ordered, on-line, a rifle cartridge belt, known as a Quigley Belt, from San Pedro Saddlery. The order number is 38365123. A charge of $175 for the belt and $8 shipping and handling was charged for a total of $183.00 to my Discover credit card. As of July 29, 2009, I have not received the belt after nearly 2 years and 5 months after placing the order.
