I took a very expensive pair of shoes to Crazy Jacks to have the heel repaired (small flat heel). He charged $15 when I took them in. When I picked them up, it looked as though he had used a paring knife on the leather just above the heel. When I questioned him about it he was rude and said that is the way the shoes were when they were brought in. There is no way these shoes can be replaced and I would warn everyone NOT to use Crazy Jacks because that is just what he is! read full review »
