I bought a tube of Herpecin -L spf 30 lip balm from my nearest Walgreens. I went to use it and the lip balm would not rise from the tube. It was never used and i feel that it should have worked adequetely. I"m very dissatisfied, and want this fixed. thanks Ed read full review »
