i signed up for the program on july 17, 2009 and i was charged for the $39.95 on july 30. if you do the math i still have one more day for the 14 day trial.. so i called today and tried to fix things the proper way and the workers there just answered rudely..i felt like i was fighting with a kindergarden kid.. then i got transferred to the "supervisor" BRYAN and he was just even rudder than the first one!
