Two times this has happened( you think I would learn? now I have) They are the closest rental place to the area I live. The past two summers I have 1 - 1 1/2 months before I needed the van made a reservation. Last year they called 1 day before our trip to tell me they didnt have a van for us. I fussed and they did end up getting one. This year 2 days before we were to leave they called and said " sorry we cancelled your reservation b'c we didnt have a van.
