I start with this insurance company March 2009, they started taking 117.00 out of my account in march, I was not told that I had to wait 30 days to see my doctor either. William, who was the guy that I talked to and when I tried to call him the 2nd time, the representative would not let me talk to him, I had to go thru someone that had no clue and was not helpful to me at all, he was suppose to be a supervisor to William.
