I purchased a cell phone and month to month service from Metro PCS. Almost immediately I started receiving constant, harassing phone calls, and text messages at all hours of the day and night. I contacted Metro PCS. I agreed a solution to the problem would be to change the phone number (by the way, the customer service rep could not figure out a solution, and didn't even try to solve the problem.)
