I bought a snowboard on tightboards.com which they claimed they had on discount. I never received an order confirmation via e-mail, my credit card was charged and I never got the board. Calling this company was nearly impossible, their "customer service" is always busy, a recording always tells you you are "In queue 3 or 4" and after a minute prompts you to leave a message promising "someone will get back to you as soon as possible".
