Authorized an initial charge of $1.95 on 11/19/08. During this process tried to escape but the only way to exit is to accept terms in order to exit the loop. This action was report to Wells Fargo and they declined any further investigation as they disregard the fact that you are caught in a loop. Each time I have called the following number 1-866-526-5334 --- I am on hold for periods of over 45 minutes and no one answers.
