I purchased a Canon printhead and sets of Canon inks. I received the printhead and the shipping copy had(has) a handwritten note that the inks would be shipped at a later date. The inks have never arrived. I sent an email after 60 days following the printhead arrival. There has been no response. As of 2009-01-07 it has been 6 months. read full review »
