I have been reading all the complaints regarding Nationstar Mortgage. My GMAC loan was also sold to this company and all I have had is trouble. I have received two late notices this month and I have never missed a payment yet. One customer service person told me "Your account is fine, don't worry about the notices" She could not however tell me why they were sent out at all.
