I too have a complaint about Fit Factory. I ordered the free trial of Acai Berry and paid only the shipping and handling of $3.95. I cancelled my subscription with them immediately after reading they would automatically charge my account each month in the amount of $85. A few weeks ago, I noticed on my bank statement a charge of $29.95 from a company I had never heard of. I called the number provided on my bank statement, which no one ever answered.
