I was billed twice in July for a monthly charge. When I called to complain, they gave me some story about why it happened, and finally said they would give me a refund. I called again four days later, and they said that it would take 3-4 business days. When I called again 10 business days later, (today) they told me the credit had been made 14 days prior and the investigation was closed.
