Dan Howard took our order by phone after talking to my wife and I on May 28th. Dan requested a wire transfer of $30, 000 to start the process. We did NOT sign or return QWH’s Purchase Order because of discrepancies from what Dan Howard told both of us over the phone & the price listed on the Purchase Order which arrived later by mail. So no actual work was started on a home for us because they do not have any specifics (floor choice, color choice, etc.).
